GGD Fryslân is committed to the regional promotion of IkPas together with VNN. We focus on all residents of Fryslân aged 18+, because IkPas is for everyone!

Who? For everyone who is 18 years and older!
What? Join the challenge and don't drink alcohol for the whole month of January. You take on the challenge with many others. Invite your friends or colleagues to form an IkPas team together!
Why? You become more aware of the choice you can make whether or not to drink: you break through your ingrained patterns and alcohol is no longer self-evident. You will experience that you have a choice when it comes to consuming alcohol.

Tjits is our Frisian ambassador and throughout Friesland you can find posters of her along the road or at the consultation office.
