Less alcohol and fewer calories is a trend that we cannot ignore. The wine or beer must increasingly make way for an alcohol-free -zero percent- alternative. And this alternative does not mean soft drinks. No, people are looking for an aperitif that justifiably replaces the alcoholic drink. A drink that has a kick and a bite.
