GIMBER Pina Colada
For 1 mocktail:
- 30ml GIMBER Brut
- 60ml pineapple juice
- 40ml coconut milk
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- 20ml cane sugar syrup
- tip of the coin
- ice
- tumbler (short, wide, cylindrical glass, usually with a thick bottom)
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Pour through a sieve into a tumbler full of ice cubes.
- Garnish with the mint.
