Put the next challenge in your calendar

Taking an alcohol break is a good thing. You will recover mentally and physically. Dry January and the 40 days no drop challenge are calibrated periods in the year in which you very conscious choose not to drink alcohol. Since this year you can also register for various other challenges at IkPas. Go for the 'Fresh into spring' challenge (from April 15th) or the 'Terrace weather?' challenge (all of June). If desired, receive three newsletters per week for support.

APRIL: Fresh into spring / Winter is over. Make a fresh start in spring (15 April-15 May in collaboration with UVA Amsterdam)

MAY: Extra holiday money / Put your alcohol consumption on a break in May and earn some extra holiday money.

JUNE: Terrace again? / Can we enjoy a terrace again this summer? Enjoy a month of freshness with the sun.

JULY: Summer without (without alcohol) / Start the summer sober and put your alcohol consumption on a 30-day break.

SEPTEMBER: Getting started sober / After the summer holidays we will go back to it. Take a moment to recover from your holiday.

OCTOBER: Storm in a teacup / Start the autumn sober and put your alcohol consumption on a 30-day break.

DECEMBER: Winter break / Come out of the winter break extra fit and put your alcohol consumption on a break from 1 December.
