Last weekend I sinned… just like that and I didn't even notice it. It stood for me
nose and before I knew it it was gone too. A delicious Easter egg with eggnog filling!
Does this fall under IkPas or not? I even took 1 more the day after. The only tasty
Easter eggs (I think) out there. And that was my sin.
I also had a family party in a room where local artists came to perform and the
average age was 60+ (Actually 75+ but the few slightly younger people made it
average down). Well that generation can get rid of quite a few alcoholic drinks
I noticed. But it took me no effort to let the spa red flow freely
since I was my own BOB. And I never combine alcohol in traffic.
To be honest, I haven't been much into alcohol. Last week my daughter was in it
hospital and it was a week of working, cooking dinner, going to the hospital with food and together
eat, go home and go to bed. Fortunately, she is doing well again and is happy at home again.
And got cold again. That's already the 3rd
times during my alcohol-free period since 1
January. Never had a cold or illness before so you would almost think that the alcohol killed the germs
always killed. Anyway: a resistance of nothing nowadays.
And yet decided to extend my alcohol-free period again and signed up for
'The Great Cleaning. It will also be possible without the extension of IkPas, but I think the
newsletters and the blogs of fellow passers are motivating and fun to read.
I still experience not only positive changes in my body. I can sleep now
really improve. Just like that better skin and can really lose a few more kilos
hear! But otherwise my body doesn't miss the alcohol, I don't think and my brain certainly doesn't.
My goal was at least 100 days alcohol-free and at the time of writing this blog I'm done
day 88. I can be proud of myself and haven't thought of a finish line yet. For now, I will leave alcohol
for what it is. Soon to toast my middle one's 18th birthday, but with a non-alcoholic drink. He is a sportsman at heart and doesn't even want to get into alcohol (very good!).
I also need a clear head for my new study. Actually always of course!
This was my last blog and I really enjoyed doing it. Hope you like it too
found to read. Wish you all the best and lots of success with the final stretch or even
stay alcohol-free even longer!
