A delicious fresh recipe to end your week on a good note:

  • Mix 4 teaspoons of strawberry jam into the bottom of your shaker.
  • Add 3 tbsp lemon juice, a few drops of vanilla extract (a good one), and ice.
  • Shake and double/finely strain into a tall ice-filled glass.
  • Finish with some rhubarb juice (about 100 ml) and garnish the edge with a sliced strawberry.
