Ingredients

330ml Cawston Press Rhubarb

Spa red

1 apple

Ice

Preparation method

Wash the apple and cut in half. Remove the core and cut the apple into small cubes. Save a slice of apple for decoration. Place the apple cubes, the Spa red and 330 ml Cawston Press in a blender. Turn on the blender until it is a smooth mass. Pour into two glasses. Finish with a slice of apple and ice cubes.
