Lavender with a lemon twist

For 1 liter

Ingredients

  • lemon juice 90ml
  • sugar 100 g
  • coconut water 475 ml
  • water 230 ml
  • syrup (lavender) 50ml
  • lemon (organic, slice)
  • fresh lavender flowers (tuft)

Preparation method

Place 90 ml fresh lemon juice, 100 g sugar, 475 ml coconut water and 230 ml water in a large carafe and stir well until the sugar has dissolved. Add 50 ml of lavender syrup to taste and stir well. Garnish each glass with a slice of organic lemon and a sprig of fresh lavender.

TIPS

Replace the lavender syrup with violet syrup or strawberry syrup.
