Lavender with a lemon twist
For 1 liter
Ingredients
- lemon juice 90ml
- sugar 100 g
- coconut water 475 ml
- water 230 ml
- syrup (lavender) 50ml
- lemon (organic, slice)
- fresh lavender flowers (tuft)
Preparation method
Place 90 ml fresh lemon juice, 100 g sugar, 475 ml coconut water and 230 ml water in a large carafe and stir well until the sugar has dissolved. Add 50 ml of lavender syrup to taste and stir well. Garnish each glass with a slice of organic lemon and a sprig of fresh lavender.
TIPS
Replace the lavender syrup with violet syrup or strawberry syrup.
