Green tea
When you steep green tea in water at too high a temperature, it will have a bitter taste. The way you prepare green tea is important, so that the quality of the tea comes into its own.
Prepare green tea with water at a temperature of 70 – 80 degrees.
You let the water cool for a few minutes before steeping the green tea in the water. A faster method is to mix 4/5 of boiling water with 1/5 of cold water.
Let the green tea steep for 1 to 3 minutes.
