Ice tea – 2
You make the best ice tea yourself. There are 2 methods for preparing fresh ice tea, the quick method hot brew and the slow method cold brew. For the tastiest ice tea based on black or green tea, Barbara Veldhuizen advises van Tea Street the cold brew method.

- Serve out or store in the refrigerator.
cold brew
- Let the tea steep for 4-8 hours in cold water
