matcha
Matcha is the most premium Japanese tea and has a pure strong green tea taste.
- Boil water and then let it cool to 80°C (don't feel like waiting? Add some cold water or pour the water into a cold cup a few times)
- Put a ½ teaspoon of Matcha in a mug or bowl. Add 80 ml of warm (80°C) water.
- Beat the tea with a whisk until it foams a little. (about 15 seconds).
- Enjoy a delicious Matcha.
